Hotel Cathedral - Aparecida (Sao Paulo)

Good price and good location were the best aspects of this hotel during my New Year's stay. The car park was also a good addition, making it easy to park and leave the car safely. The rooms were very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also amazing, giving me the energy to start my day.

The morning staff was not polite at all, I found a lady that was grumpy and made me feel very uncomfortable. Her attitude was the worst aspect of my experience at this hotel.

Good deal for the price paid. The staff during the night was really helpful and offered me a room for a low price. The parking lot was also helpful as I was traveling with my car and I could park it safely. Also, the location was very convenient and close to everything I needed.

The lady at the reception in the morning was not pleasant and was a bit rude when I asked for some information about the city. It seemed like she didn't want to be there and didn't care about the guests. Also, some of the facilities were a bit old and outdated, giving the hotel a bit of a run-down look.

We stayed in a central hotel which had an excellent location and a car park, making it easy to get around. the rooms were spacious, very clean and had all the facilities one could ask for, including a great breakfast to set us up for the day. Despite arriving late, staff were accommodating and welcoming, and the night staff were great.

One staff member in the morning was a bit grumpy and didn't seem to be polite towards us.
